I'm a new, but passionate wool convert. I resisted for over a year, thinking it was complicated, too much work and gross. Yes, the initial learning curve of handwashing and lanolin was super intimidating, but it was also very anticlimactic and easy once I dove in. I'm going to link to resources that helped me, others with far more experience and visuals. It's so much easier sometimes when you can see it, and then resee it...and check it out one more time, just to be sure I didn't forget anything...speaking from experience.
